出張やらなんやらでばたばたしてるうちに乗り遅れてしまってますが，XML-RPC業界（どこだそれは？）がややこしいことになっている．とりいそぎコメントを考えてみると，独自拡張（というか新規実装）でかつ非公開というのは，そもそもみんなが思っているXML-RPCの概念にあてはまらないのではなかろうか．たまたまソフトの都合で同じフレームワークを使ってるだけで，規格をどうこうという話ではなさそうな感じ．メソッドの名前が名前なので他社が追従して対立構造が生まれるでもなし（追記：これはホスティング側の話．エディタはわからん）．これをもって金輪際XML-RPC（標準としての）が実装されないというなら世知辛いなあと思うけど，基本的には時間と市場が解決してくれるのでは，というのは楽観的に過ぎるかな？でも「巨人だったらどうするか」と問われると確かに悩むなあ．．．ちなみに同業者としての教訓は，ユーザは「意図された不便利」の存在を察知する感覚が昔よりはるかに鋭敏になっていること，そして一度発見されたものは一瞬で共有されることを肝に銘じよ，というところ．
